Turning over a new leaf

So this is the beginning of a new idea for my blog, and hopefully a way to kind of end the last era of my life. I've left a few entries that are related to what I'm going to be doing here. Basically, I've always thought about trying to compile information about social issues, activism, etc, that I would be able to use myself and that hopefully other people would get something out of as well. This is just going to be like a pile of articles, journal entries, facts, and resources that I have sitting in boxes at my place. Except, you know, online, and in my blog. I'm not sure exactly how it's all going to go, but I'm guessing it's just going to be in my usual style- semi-chaotic, but very passionate.

I'm going to try to cover many different areas and issues, but be warned that I have a few pet interests that will probably be overrepresented. And, although I'm sure there won't be very many people who will read this, if any, I want it to be driven by readers as well. If you have an idea or a question that you'd like me to talk about, or if you need resources for a certain area, or have your own information that you'd like people to know, let me know through comments. I'll be happy to post other people's stuff under their name or try to research things that people ask about.

I'll write an actual entry when I have a chance. So... let's let the experiment begin!
